Is ShipCalc only for English-speaking countries?
No. The product works with destinations covered by your Shopify setup, although the current App Store listing identifies English as the supported app language.
Does it calculate duties and taxes?
ShipCalc is a shipping-rate display tool. Duties, taxes, and landed-cost calculations are separate concerns.
Why would a country return no rate?
The market may be inactive, the destination may not belong to a configured shipping zone, or the product or cart may not satisfy a rate condition.
